New Elective Class: Debate Club

Message from debate club supervisor: sister Rahina,

"InshaAllah you all had a good summer. I am sure you all remember the debate from last year. MashaAllah it went very well and the students impressed us all with their debating skills. The debate has shown them what good writers, speakers and debaters they can be and MashaAllah their self confidence has soared. This year, we want to organize an official debate team with Al-Iman school. Givining students and volunteers from ages 12-18 an opportunity to sign up to become a part of the debate team. InshaAllah it is our goal to have them debate and compete with other schools and organizations. (Muslims and non-Muslims). If any one has ideas for debate topics or changes and improvements that can be made based on what you witnessed last year, please email me. All suggestions and ideas are welcome. I will be sending information packets and debate registration forms to your classrooms (Levels 3 and 4). JazakaAllah Khair"
